Who WE Are: Richardson & Bush Co is a company contracted to service client programs through the Arise® Platform as one of their Service Partners. Employment with us is 100% remote as a 1099 Contractor. 

 

Richardson & Bush Co is an Independent Business Owner(IBO) contracted to service client programs through the Arise Platform. WE contract out for subcontractors to join our company and assist us with this servicing process. Arise services many different companies from Home Dept, Agero, ModivCare, Carnival Cruise, Interval Exchange and more just to name a few. The Opportunities call for many different positions from Customer Service, Sales, Technical Support, and more. WE have the ability to hire you on as a sub-contractor receiving varied pay based on the specific programs pay rate and the amount negotiated with you if hired. 

 

All Opportunities offered under Arise have their own training and/or certification times that you can choose from and training and/or certification periods which vary per Opportunity. (ARISE DOES NOT PAY FOR TRAINING and as we are in the process of developing our company and business, we don't have the means to offer incentive or hourly rates for training at this moment but definitely working on having this availability in the future). Depending on the Opportunity that you choose, you may begin to earn Service Revenue (Income) within a few weeks. 100% attendance is strongly encouraged (We recommend you find an opportunity that you will be able to attend every session)

    3. A hiring agent will reach out to you if you meet our requirements to schedule a day and time for interview as well as more information on our services and employment

    4. If selected to move forward after interview, you will receive notification via email from a hiring agent

    5. If Employment accepted, you will be assisted with registration as well as onboarding

    6. Opportunities provided by Arise are released during varied Time Frames so begin dates for employment may vary and Opportunity Announcements will be posted on our company Facebook page as they become available as well as a hiring agent will reach out to you via email. (Opportunities are filled very quickly so it would be your responsibility to consistently check our Facebook page as well as your email.
